Polio

 

Cindy McNeely presented a power point about Polio. We all learned a great deal about polio.

 

 

Dr. Cynthia McNeely, MD is a board certified family physician in Kerrville, Texas. She is currently licensed to practice medicine in Texas and Arkansas. She is affiliated with Stephens Memorial Hospital.

 I had 46 first cousins on my daddy's side of the family. 5 kids contracted polio. Two of them beat it and show no ill effects today. However

two of the the other 3 are brothers. When we were growing up we played with these kids as regular kids!!! They did not want

anyone to treat them special. Later in life I even built/repaired fences, drove tractors with one of the brothers.
