Mr. Howell Ridout is employed at James Avery Craftsman in the position of Vice President of Marketing and Development since August 2005. Mr. Ridout began working with James Avery 30 years ago and has served the company in a variety of positions including lead designer of the company's retail locations and director of marketing.
