Doug's Rotary Moment

Doug Whinnery provided the Rotary moment, with an update on Polio Plus. The program started in 1995, when 1,000 kids a day were stuck with polio. Today, only Afghanistan and Pakistan have new polio cases, where there are are only seven instances of polio this year.  We really are just that close to eradicating polio.
