Ingram School District possess a very valuable asset in Bobby Templeton. When he happened upon their school the roads were cracked with deep potholes. Classes- some not all, were conducted in portables with ceiling that were falling in from leaking roofs; where as others had electrical systems concealed under plywood floorboards.  Water would gush through open doorways and tennis courts were in disrepair.

This man, Bobby Templeton, rolled up his sleeves with Faith and did something about it.  He and his crew - teachers, facility, workman, contractors - turned the situation around.  they became their own general contractors and built something that PRIDE shines through.  The roads are smooth, bathrooms are usable, showers no longer have standing water.  The tennis courts is now up to standards where their championship team plays   Instead of the portables, there is a new building where students can be taught without having to wonder will the power remain on; will the ceiling leak.

Now only has Bobby Templeton encourage and changed the appearance of the School itself, he has changed the lives of the students and the families with the programs that have been brought to the School.  The Blessing in a Back Pack  enable children to be feed thru the weekend.  A simple wondrous thing but extremely necessary to growing children and families.   The Closet helps with items of clothing that a child or the family may need to get them through life, a cold day, a job interview or simply walk to school.

Bobby Templeton is looking at community service being a requirement for graduating, part of learning to give back to the community and not just taking, teaching a responsibility to others and pride in yourself.

Ingram was lucky that Bobby Templeton chose to head their way and stayed.  Thank sir for what you have done and what you are doing.
