Rotarians participate in 4th on the River

Thanks go to Kyle Bond and crew, Todd Parton and  the city of Kerrville, and Hagi and Mamacita's for providing another great 4th on the River celebration at Louise Hays Park, with headliner Robert Earl Keen. Kudos also go to Rotarian and club administrator Caroline Wilson for singing the National Anthem at the event.
