It was decided to auction any items left over once a week till they are all gone.

An Outdoor Event That Will Allow All Of Us To Enjoy The Spring Sunshine, Great Weather, Rotary Involvement, Service Above Self, A Way To Build Goodwill and Better Friendship and Of Course It Will Be Beneficial To All Concerned as we can continue to Serve Our First Responders!
The Tournament will be held at Comanche Trace Golf Club, on Monday April 12, 2021
Schedule of Events:

If you want to sign up to play, please submit your team by the end of the day on Friday April 09, 2021 so the Golf Professionals can prepare and arrange for our event.
All Funds Raised will benefit 1st Responders in our area and provide them with Needed Additional Training and for Continuing Education.  These Men and Women that will benefit from this are your local Law Enforcement, Kerrville/Kerr County Fire Department/EMS and our much needed and used Area Volunteer Fire Departments as well.
To ensure that we have an enjoyable round of golf with ample opportunity to be able to give back to those who give so much to us, the field will be limited to the first Thirty (30) teams or one hundred twenty (120) players.
There are several ways to participate and support this meaningful event.
  1. Sign up a team and play $150/player or $500 for a team of 4 ($100 savings to sign up a team)
  2. Support through Sponsorship, there are many different Levels to Support
  3. Donate to the Cause with a Monetary Tax Deductible Donation
  4. Donate an Item(s) for the Silent/Live  Auction
  5. Volunteer your time to help with Registration... Thank you those whom have already volunteered for this!!
Please see the attached Registration Form which has the schedule of events, registration form so you can sign up individually or as a team... Don't worry, if you cannot or do not play golf... you can also support the event with a donation.
Again we are asking for your help and support to ensure that this is again a HUGE Success!!
Thank you in advance for your Rotarian Support!
