Jan Livingston, Past District Governor, presented the prestigous Presidential Citation to Kerrville's outgoing Rotary Presidents. Kerrville's Morning Rotary Club Past President Ray Buck was not available to attend. Our very own past president Kim Clarkson was able to accept on her own behalf.
