DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, 06May25\, we will present the Josh the Baby Otter 
 Water Safety Program at Starkey Elementary School to the Third Graders at 
 1:30 PM and the Second Graders at 2:10 PM.  We will need 5 to 6 Rotarian 
 Volunteers.  If you are only available in the morning or the afternoon\, 
 please indicate in the sign up comments.  Volunteers should arrive at the
  school office around 1:00 PM for registration and setup.  Note the chang
